When the vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine is working, the insulating oil that needs to be filtered enters the strong inlet filter (filtration accuracy 50u) under the action of vacuum suction to filter out large particles of impurities, and then enters the heater to heat oil and the hot oil is heated from The spray device turns into coarse grains and enters the three-dimensional vacuum dehydration and degassing chamber. The water starts to evaporate. The oil mist falls on the three-dimensional flash ring, forming a very thin oil film (thickness of 0.025mm), and the oil film curve moves downward, resulting in a larger aeration area and the aeration time are maintained during the process, so as to carry out sufficient demulsification, dehydration and degassing and separation processes. The mixed gas formed by vaporized water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water-gas separation device, the precipitated water is directly discharged, the water vapor and non-condensable gases enter the vacuum buffer chamber, and the cooling water is directly discharged. The condensed gas is discharged by the vacuum pump.
