VPS300 Vacuum Pump Machine manufactured by Acore Filtration Co.,Ltd won a tender of two sets of 300m3/h vacuum pump, the end user use the machine to vacuumize their transformers. As the client's requirements, the VPS300 vacuum pump set only use a rotary vane vacuum pump with air flow 300m3/h, 7.5kw motor rate, double  air-cooled design. As a single stage Vacuum Pump Set, the ultimate vacuum can reach 0.37 torr.

VPS300 Vacuum Pump Set can operate at high pressure, up to atmospheric 1 mbar, long periods of time without damage to the pump. The vacuum pump complete with a direct-coupled 7.5 HP TEC motor with power supply 415V, 50hz, 3 phase.  The build-in oil mist exhaust filter, a spin-on oiil filter, an adjustable gas ballst valve and anti-suckback valve which isolates the pump from the press when the pump is not operating.

VPS Vacuum Pump has a pre-wired cabinet which acoress the line starter, alarm light and relays for overload of motor, start and stop switch, digital vacuum meter and compound vacuum pressure gauge for monitoring the vacuum value during vacuuming operation. Meanwhile, the vacuum pump machine also has valves, hoses, male and femle connector.

VPS300 Vacuum Pump Set is mounted on a sturdy metal fram with a push bar and 4 casters for portability.
