Transformer oil is used to suppress arcs at the high-voltage leads and tap-changer contact points to prevent corona and arc discharge, and also to insulate and maintain the windings. If the transformer oil contains moisture, its insulation and arc suppression function will be affected, and the transformer oil cannot be cooled better. Therefore, ACORE FILTRATION CO.,LTD designed and manufacture DVTP series Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine for filtration, degassing and dehydration of insulation oils. The dehydration technology of this Vacuum Oil Purifier uses decompression separation, three-dimensional flash rapid evaporation system. Under the high vacuum state, the dehydration speed is fast and high efficiency, and it also ensures that the additives in the oil are not affected by the heating temperature and cause secondary damage. The breakdown voltage of transformer oil will be much higher after dehydration, degassing, deacidification and free carbon removal by DVTP Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine.


DVTP Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine can effectively remove 100% of free water and 99.9% of dissolved water in the oil, as well as 100% of free gas and 98% of dissolved gas. The Vacuum Oil Purifier can not only be used for oil purification processing, but also can be used for vacuum drying and oil injection for transformer equipment.

When the Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine works, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by multi-stage infrared rays, it enters the special personalized the vacuum dehydration chamber, the mist is first formed, and then the film is formed, so that the contact area in the vacuum is expanded hundreds of times of the original, and the moisture in the oil is in the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface, and high pumping speed. Moisture is rapidly vaporized and discharged from the vacuum system. The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the instrument is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters it to be cooled again. The condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged. The gas after twice condensation and dehumidification is finally discharged into the air by the vacuum pump. After vacuum vaporization and dehydration, the dry oil is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump. After treatment by Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, the clean oil is discharged from outlet valve to complete the oil purification process.
