2.Portable Oil Filter Carts, it mainly adopts cartridge type filter elements, only liquid can flow through filter elements, the impurities are hold in filter. This mechanical oil-impurities separation type has very high precision, but cost of replacing filter elements is high.

3.Coalescing and Separation Oil Filtration Machine, it adopts different materials filtering elements to remove free water and particles from oil, such as coalesce filter and separation filter. This oil filtration machine has good performance, the large amount of moisture can be removed, and filtering precision can reach 10 micron. But cost of replacing filter elements are very high.

4.Vacuum Oil Purification Plant, which adopts the principle of vacuum dehydration and degasification to remove free water and dissolved water in oil, the moisture content can be less than 3 ppm after purification process. Meanwhile, it also use cartridge filter elements to remove solid particles, the filtering rate can reach ISO 14/13/12. The Vacuum Oil Purification Plant has best dehydration and degasification performance, stable and automatic operation system with unattended running, and maintenance cost is very low. It can purify various industrial oils. But cost price is very high.

According to the current technology, the impurities removing by the Oil Purification Plant is relatively mature and simple, so if user only want to remove solid particles, he can choose portable filter carts or press oil filter. However, if the particles are large and the accuracy is high, the oil purifier with cartridge filter elements is good. if there is both impurities and moisture, user should choose coalescing oil filtration machine or vacuum oil purification plant, If he has very requirement for water content, he can use vacuum oil purification plant.
