1.Off-line working of DVTP Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Plant
The transformer oil is pumped into the oil storage tank using an oil transferring unit, then DVTP Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Plant is used to purify the oil to improve the oil quality, the oil purification of the oil storage tank should adopt the inverted oil filtering method. That is, the oil in one oil storage tank is filtered by Transformer Oil Filtration Plant into another oil storage tank and then from another oil storage tank. Filtered oil into the original tank. If there are few storage tanks on the site, use the tank for self-circulation, and seal the tank well. The outlet temperature of the oil filter should not fall below 50°C. Purified transformer oil should take the oil sample test to determine whether the transformer oil is good. The oil sample can be drained from the oil sampling valve.
2.Online working of DVTP Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Plant
a. Firstly prepare qualified oil with transformer loading amount of 5 to 6% next to the oil filtration plant.
b. The oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer should be matched with the oil inlet pipe of the transformer oil filtration plant. If it is not fitted, it should be removed and re-welded with an oil outlet pipe;
c. The Transformer Oil Filtration Plant should be fitted with 1/2 qualified oil (value ≥ 50KV) of the vacuum tank oil standard pipe;
d. Open the transformer's oil pillow cover, insert the Transformer Oil Filtration Plant into the oil level on the oil pillow, and immediately seal the oil pillow cover with a clean filter paper or film;
e. Insert the oil inlet pipe of the transformer oil filtration plant into the oil drum prepared for qualified oil;
f. Open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer and let go of the transformer's 3 to 5% oil (the 3 to 5% oil is mainly impurities and water, which should be placed separately);
g. At the same time as step 6, the Oil Filtration Plant should be marked with a high vacuum (not lower than -0.09MPa), and then the oil level of the transformer oil pillow should be supplemented;
h. When the bottom of the transformer drain valve to release 3 ~ 5% of the "waste oil", the oil filter inlet pipe connected to the discharge valve;
i. At this time, the Transformer Oil Filtration Plant can work normally.
