Characteristics and Working Principles of Transformer Oil Filtration Plants March 24,2020.

The degassing system of Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Plant can improve the dewatering and degassing efficiency. The photoelectric control defoaming device is used. The oil level control uses mechanical and electrical control and over-pressure alarm devices to achieve automatic operation. The oil inlet and outlet ports are interchangeable. During the operation, the valve control can be used to exchange oil inlet and outlet at will, without disassembling the oil exchange pipe. Low-power high-density electric heating elements are used, and an overheating protection system is provided, which will not cause oil degradation under any circumstances. The entire system does not require cooling, is easy to use, and is safe to use in winter. No tools are required to replace the filter element.

 

Working principle of Transformer Oil Filtration Plant:

According to the boiling points of water and oil, it is composed of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, primary filter, vacuum pump, oil drain pump and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the vacuum tank to make the transformer oil purification system under vacuum. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the oil passes through the inlet pipe into the primary filter to remove larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75 degree enters the vacuum. In the tank, the water in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the oil-water separator by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the separator is cooled to water and then released.


Characteristics of Transformer Oil Filtration Plant

The Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification System has the following characteristics:

1. Small size and light weight, which is half of the weight of similar products.

2. The design of crude oil gas separator is improved. Utilizing vacuum oil injection, a tubular rotary injector is installed, which reduces the resistance, accelerates the turning speed, and increases the effect of oil and gas separation.

3. Purification function of spoiled oil has been added. The previous vacuum oil filter can only remove impurities and moisture. This machine adds a silicone oil purification system and integrates the silicone oil purification and impurity filtration into one. For the mildly deteriorated transformer oil, the impurities are filtered and the silica The adsorption of the oil tank makes it reach the standard of qualified oil.

4. the Transformer Oil Filtration Plant is used on site and uses the original oil-containing equipment as an oil storage tank, the three functions of oil filtration, hot oil circulation, and drying are performed simultaneously, which saves labor and time.
