Hydraulic Oil Purifier
Maintenance of Hydraulic Oil Purifier August 6,2020.

When the Hydraulic Oil Purifier is working, the contaminated oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of the external atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, the heated oil enters the primary filter, the large particles of impurities are filtered out, and then the oil enters the water separator. The vacuum separator flows through a special divergence device. The diverging device generates a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to a vacuum with low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gas in the oil. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into liquid through the water tank and the cooler, and enters the water reservoir together, and the remaining gas is pumped out by the vacuum pump. The water-removed oil is fed into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to remove particulate impurities, that is, purified oil. A purification process is completed. Depending on the water content, multiple cycles are required to completely remove the water.

Preparation and inspection of Hydraulic Oil Purifier

1. All parts of the Oil Purifier have been adjusted and tested before leaving the factory, and they must be checked whether they are intact and undamaged when they are shipped to the use site.

2. The Oil Purifier is placed steadily, the oil inlet is connected to the oil discharge port of the lower part of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.

3. For long-distance transportation, it is necessary to re-tighten the connecting parts of various parts, such as connecting flanges, filter covers, etc.

4. Refer to the electrical wiring diagram for the external wiring of the control panel. The control panel housing must be reliably grounded, and the Hydraulic Oil Purifier must be connected to the power supply and ground. The power distribution cabinet on the machine and the connections of the oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater should be inspected to ensure that the connection and the insulation is reliable.

5. Close the main power switch and check whether the power indicator light is on. If it does not light up, check and troubleshoot according to the circuit diagram

6. Jog the vacuum pump for two seconds and observe whether the motor rotates clockwise (viewed from the motor side). There is a motor rotation arrow mark on the motor, and the motor rotation must be in the same direction as the arrow. Otherwise, change the phase of the power supply. In the same way, test the running direction of the oil pump motor. And check the vacuum pump-motor, oil pump-motor for jamming.

7. Close all the valves connected to the outside world, start the vacuum pump, when the vacuum reaches -0.08MPA, turn off the vacuum pump and observe the value of the vacuum gauge for 5 minutes. If the vacuum value drops too fast, it means there is a leak. Find the leak until the machine There is no leakage at all.

8. When the hydraulic oil and other mechanical oil are processed online, the same brand of oil must be properly added to ensure that the oil level in the oil tank is normal.

Set the temperature controller of Hydraulic Oil Purifier to the working temperature value (recommended between 60 and 80 degrees), the red light is on to indicate that it is in the state of preparation. This temperature controller has an automatic constant temperature heating function. When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature controller will automatically turn off the heater. When the temperature is less than the set value, the heater of Oil Purifier will work automatically.
