But sometimes there is too much pressure in the oil purifier. There are many reasons for this phenomenon.

The following is the cause analysis and solution of the Hydraulic Oil Purifier before and after the pressure is too high:

1. If the filter pressure suddenly rises and then drops suddenly, please check whether the fine filter element is broken or damaged; if it is damaged, the filter element needs to be replaced, and the original manufacturer filter element is recommended to replace the filter element!

2. The oil output pressure of the Oil Purifier is too high, and the oil output flow is significantly reduced. Please check and confirm:

a. Whether the filter element of the fine filter is blocked;

b. Whether the oil seal of the oil pump is worn;

3. Hydraulic oil supply: if the pressure of the Oil Purifier is too high during heating, please check and confirm.

a. Whether the steering of the oil pump is correct;

b. Whether the filter element of the coarse filter is seriously blocked;

c. Whether the shaft seal of the oil pump is damaged.

4. In order to ensure the effect of oil filtration, please make sure to clean the oil suction pipe and oil outlet pipe of the oil filter at any time;

5. During the operation of the Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Machine, since the oil pump sucks air, this will affect the filtering flow. In order to achieve the rated filter flow of the hydraulic oil purifier, please check whether the oil pipe is inserted between the oil tank and the oil suction port. Whether the sealing of the parts is reliable, whether the oil suction port is away from the oil surface, whether the oil has been sucked or whether the oil suction pipe is sucking the oil barrel wall;

6. After the Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Machine is used for a period of time, the initial filter is blocked by pollutants, and the oil intake is slow. Stop the machine and remove the oil filter element to clean or replace the filter element;

7. After a period of use, the fine filter element of Hydraulic Oil Purifier will gradually be blocked by pollutants, resulting in excessive pressure. When the pressure gauge value reaches 0.4MPa, the filter element needs to be cleaned and replaced in time.
