1.Oil contains a lot of water. The water in the oil is heated and evaporated in a vacuum environment (the boiling point of water is lower than that of the oil) and becomes water vapor, which is released from the oil in the form of bubbles. When the water vapor cannot be removed in time, the foam on the oil surface will accumulate.
2.The oil has cracked and cannot be reused. As the oil runs at a relatively high temperature for a long time, some low-molecular additives in the oil continue to volatilize, and the anti-foaming agent continues to disappear. As time goes by, oxidation increases, oil viscosity increases, oil film strength increases, and gas permeability deteriorates, which provides conditions for the formation and stability of foam. Waste oil that cannot be reused at this time should be discarded.
