Saudi Arabia is experiencing unprecedented
expansion in its power and industrial lifeline. In the future new city of NEOM
on the shore of the Red Sea, in the giant petrochemical base in the hinterland
of the vast desert, and even in the substation where the load increases sharply

Hajj season and large industrial users, leading to a significantly higher risk
of abnormal precipitation of dissolved gases (such as acetylene and hydrogen)
in oil.

activated to prevent secondary aging in the pipeline during oil circulation. At
the same time, the heater adopts PID (proportional-integral-differential)
control + overheating protection to eliminate local hot spots.
• Real-time online analysis of oil quality: High-end models integrate
micro-water sensors, particle counters, and dielectric strength sensors. Operation
and maintenance personnel can remotely monitor the insulation status of
transformers in the central control room to achieve condition-based maintenance
(CBM).
Typical application scenarios and benefit analysis

extremely high requirements for power supply continuity (unplanned downtime is
