The Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier is mainly composed of the following systems: oil inlet filtration system; vacuum pumping system; vacuum destruction system; vacuum spray system; oil outlet filtration system and recoil system. As a very important auxiliary equipment for oil production, this Lube Oil Purification Machine has a wide range of uses in the field treatment of hydraulic oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, gear oil, motor oil and other lube oils.


The main features of Lubricating Oil Purifier:

1. High filtration precision, strong ability to filter out impurities

It adopts multi-stage cartridge filter. The magnetic filter in the front stage has a strong ability to filter impurities. The coarse filter uses a large flow washable filter element, which has high filtration efficiency and can remove a large amount of impurities in the oil. The "glass fiber" fine filter device, large dirt holding capacity, high strength, long life, can remove fine particles in the oil.


2. Strong ability to remove water and demulsify

Using a special polymer material demulsification device, it can not only separate the liquid water and free water in the oil quickly and easily, but also remove the dissolved water in the oil. It can make the heavily emulsified lubricating oil become clear and transparent, and meet the requirements of hydraulic lubrication equipment.


When Vacuum Lube Oil Purification Machine is working, the lube oil that needs to be filtered enters the strong magnetic filter (filtration accuracy 80µ) under the action of vacuum suction to remove large particles of impurities, and then enters the heater for heating (20º-80º), hot oil The spray device becomes a coarse-grained mist and enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower, the water starts to evaporate, and the oil mist falls on the three-dimensional flash pall ring, forming a very thin oil film (thickness of 0.025mm), the oil film curve moving downwards produces a larger aeration area and aeration time retention process, so as to carry out a sufficient separation process of demulsification, dehydration and degassing.


The mixed gas formed by vaporized water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water-gas separation device, the precipitated water is directly discharged, the water vapor and non-condensable gas enter the vacuum buffer chamber, and the cooled water is directly discharged, non-condensable gas It is discharged by the vacuum pump. Under the action of the oil pump, the dehydrated and degassed oil passes through a secondary filter (with a filtration accuracy of 15µ) and a three-stage filter (with a filtration accuracy of 5µ) to filter out extremely fine mechanical impurities, completing a working cycle. In addition, the Lube Oil Purifier can vacuum other devices through the vacuum pumping interface.
