The working of Coalescer type Turbine Oil Purifier through the coarse filter in the system to protect the oil pump from being damaged by large particles, and then the oil is pumped into the semi-fine filter, and then enters the coalescing filter in the coalescence tank. Due to the unique polar molecular structure of the coalescing filter material, the free water in the oil and the emulsified water coalesce into large water droplets after passing through the filter element, and sink into the water storage tank under the action of gravity. The smaller size water droplets move with the oil up to the separation filter element under inertia. The separation filter element is made of a special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes, the water drops are blocked outside the filter element, and after being gathered together, the size is gradually increased, and then discharged by gravity to the water storage tank at the lower part of the coalescence tank. After the oil has been dehydrated, it enters the fine filter to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's fuel tank meets the design standards.

The Coalescer type Turbine Oil Purifier uses a special oil-water separation filter, which does not require heating, and the dewatering efficiency is more than 20 times that of other oil purifiers.
