Operation of VLF Lubricating Oil Purifier

1. Connect the lubricating oil purifier to the power supply, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, close all valves connected to the outside according to the process flow chart.

2. Start the vacuum pump. When the vacuum reaches -0.07Mpa, slowly open the inlet valve to gradually flow the oil into the lubricating oil purifier.

3. Observe the oil level on the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the float control point, open the oil ball valves 12 and 19.

4. Start the oil pump (Note: It must be ensured that the oil pump can be started when the oil outlet valve is opened, otherwise it may cause explosion danger.) The oil is discharged from the oil outlet, so that the Oil Filtration Machine forms a circulation filter. The oil inlet ball valve 1 is adjusted so that the inlet and outlet oil amount reach a basic balance, which is automatically controlled by the liquid level controller.

5. When the oil passes through VLF Lubricating Oil Filtration Machine to form a normal circulation filter (that is, after the inlet and outlet oil reaches equilibrium), the heater can be turned on. Set the temperature controller between 45~70 °C (depending on the need), and keep the oil heated at a constant temperature to ensure the normal degassing and dehydration of the vacuum separator.

6. When the lubricating oil filter is fully working, turn on the fan on the cooler to make the strong air cooling system work, and ensure that the filtered water vapor and gas are cooled and settled in the water reservoir in the cooler.

7. After a period of operation, the sample can be sampled at the lubricating oil filter sampling valve.

8. If the oil has a large water content and forms an emulsified state, that is, an emulsified oil, the ball valve 7 can be opened, and then the ball valve 6 can be closed to be emulsified and dehydrated by the water separator.

9. If the Lubricating Oil Filtration Machine needs to carry out advanced treatment of the oil, a certain amount of filter aid can be added to make the filtered oil more clear and transparent.
