The main functions of steam turbine oil are cooling, speed regulation and lubrication.
Principle of Turbine Oil Purifier
Turbine oil purifier, also known as turbine oil purification plant, is a physical process based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of main filter, heating system, fine filter, condenser, vacuum tank, and fine filter. Water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump, etc. The vacuum pump extracts the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum, and the outside oil enters the main filter through the water inlet pipe to remove large particles and then enters the heating tank. After heating, the oil enters the vacuum tank through a solenoid valve, which can automatically control the balance of the amount of oil in and out of the vacuum tank. The heated oil turns into oil mist and enters the vacuum tank. The water in the oil quickly evaporates into a steam atomizer and is sucked into the condenser of the vacuum pump. The water vapor passes through the liquid water on the back of the condenser and discharges. The gas in the oil is quickly discharged by the vacuum pump. Then drain the clean oil.
Features of Acore Turbine Oil Purifier

The coarse filter uses a large-flow cleanable filter element, which can remove a large amount of impurities in the oil; the precision filter element, using the "gradual density" technology, can remove particles in the oil.

4. The anti-fuel injection device adopts the photoelectric liquid level control method, which is sensitive and accurate, and can sense even foam, and no fuel injection occurs.
