Precautions

1. When observing the appearance of the oil, the oil should be poured into a 100ML graduated cylinder and visually observed at 10-20°C. If the observation results are in dispute, the content of mechanical impurities in the oil should be determined according to the GB/T 511 standard.

2. Oxidation stability and gas evolution are the guarantee items of ultra-high voltage transformer oil, which should be measured per year.

3. When measuring the breakdown voltage and the pour point and freezing point of the ultra-high voltage transformer oil, it can be filtered with qualitative filter paper.
