Acore Filtration Co.,Ltd sales DHP60(60m3/H) Transformer Dry Air Generator to Peru, which adopts dries compressed air by applying heatless regeneration according to the principle of pressure swing adsorption. The Dry Air Generator is automatically controlled by a computer controller using microcomputer technology to improve air purification efficiency and reduce electrical energy.
DHP Transformer Dry Air Generator is designed to provide high-purity dry air with a dew point as low as -55°C to -70°C during installation and maintenance of large power equipment such as transformers, UHV transformers, and reactors. It can replace the traditional hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, vacuuming and other drying methods, but it is more efficient, economical, safe and environmentally friendly.
DHP Transformer Dry Air Generator is not affected by changes in external climatic conditions during the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment—even in rainy seasons, it can still be constructed normally. When overnight construction is required, all flanges need to be sealed and filled with dry air to reach 0.02-0.03Mpa. The workload is greatly reduced, and the effect of shortening the construction period and improving the quality of installation and maintenance is achieved.
