The application of Transformer Oil Treatment Machine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has achieved remarkable results. First of all, through efficient vacuum dehydration and degassing treatment, the dielectric strength of transformer oil is greatly improved, and the withstand voltage value can be increased from tens of KV before treatment to more than 60KV, which significantly enhances the operation reliability of electrical equipment in high temperature and high humidity environment. Secondly, the online operation function of the transformer oil dehydration plant enables the transformer to purify the oil without power outage, avoiding production losses caused by downtime and maintenance, especially for the continuous production of mining. In addition, the transformer oil treatment machine is equipped with infrared liquid level automatic control, automatic temperature control, automatic system pressure protection and other devices, which realize automatic operation, reduce the skill requirements of on-site operators, and adapt to the actual conditions of limited manpower for overseas projects.
