Oil Dehydration Treatment Machine
Online Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Treatment Machine October 24,2018.

Why Transformer Oil Needs Dehydration, Degassing and Purification Treatment:

The main function of power transformer insulating oil is cooling and insulation, and it also has the effect of eliminating the arc generated when the circuit is cut.

Under the action of heat and electric field, the oil of the transformer is gradually oxidized to form various oxides, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, etc., and finally forms insoluble colloids and sludge precipitates. These acids reduce the insulation properties of the transformer, so the transformer oil must be filtered.

Water and gas are in two forms in oil. Dissolved water and gas (below the saturation point) are present in most oil systems and oil equipment, while free water and gas (above the saturation point) are present in many oils.

Due to system leakage, poor sealing, long-term thermal load of oil, open storage, etc., moisture and gas in the air settle in the oil, resulting in water and gas in the oil.

Untreated transformer oil moisture content: 50 ~ 60ppm, air content: 10% ~ 20%, in order to let the oil reach the index, must be treated under the rated vacuum and temperature, degassing water, remove mechanical impurities.

The dielectric properties of oil depend to a large extent on the water content of the oil, the gas content, the impurities in the oil and the degree of contamination. Even gas and water are absorbed during storage and transportation of new oil. Therefore, the oil needs to be filtered before use. And the oil should be periodically degassed during use, because the dielectric properties of the oil will be affected by gas and moisture under different temperature conditions.

For the phenomenon of transformer oil containing water, impurities, medium, acid, etc., We developed Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration, Degassing and Purification Treatment Plant, which used vacuum dewatering, filtration, decolorization and regeneration treatment to improve the quality of transformer oil.

Principle of Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Plant:

When the oil treatment machine works, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and the outside, and the large particle impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by the multi-stage infrared, it enters the special personalized vacuum separator and is separated in the vacuum. The mist is formed in the first shape, and then formed into a film shape, so that the contact area in the vacuum is expanded by hundreds of times. The moisture in the oil is rapidly obtained under the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface and high pumping speed. It is vaporized and discharged by a vacuum system.

The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, then cooled into the cooler, and the condensed water is discharged into the water storage device, and the gas is condensed and dehumidified twice, and finally discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.

The dry oil after vacuum dehydration in the vacuum separator is raised from the negative pressure to the positive pressure by the oil pump, and after filtering, the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet to complete the entire oil purification process.

Application of Transformer Oil Filtration Treatment Machine

This machine is suitable for vacuum filtration and deep purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra-high pressure transformer oil and other relatively expensive oil.

This machine can be used for vacuum oiling and drying of transformers, and can be live on site.

The Transformer Oil Filtration Treatment Machine can effectively remove trace moisture and gas in insulating oil, filter mechanical impurities, and improve the performance index of insulating oil.
