DVTP200(12000 liters per hour) double stages high vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System manufactured by Acore Filtration Co.,Ltd and sales to Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is designed based on the principle that the boiling points of water and oil are different. During working of transformer oil filtering machine, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the internal and external compound pressure difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out. The oil is then heated into a special vacuum separator, where the oil first forms a mist and then a membrane to expand its contact area with the vacuum. Under the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface and high pumping speed, the moisture in the oil is quickly vaporized and discharged by the vacuum system. After vacuum vaporization and dehydration, the dry oil is discharged from the oil outlet after filtration to complete the entire oil purification process.
