sales two sets of VHF50(3000L/H) Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine to
Kazakhstan. As the core equipment of the industrial hydraulic system
"blood purification", VHF Vacuum hydraulic oil purifier can
effectively restore the performance of hydraulic oil and extend the service
life of the equipment through vacuum dehydration, precision filtration and
other technologies. However, its efficient operation relies on a scientific and
standardized maintenance system. This essay combines the structural
characteristics of equipment and industry practical experience to
systematically sort out the key points of equipment maintenance.
1. Daily inspection of vacuum Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Unit: build a line of defense for safe operation:
Vacuum system maintenance:
Check the oil level of the vacuum pump every day (between the upper and lower
limits of the oil mark line), and if the oil is found to be emulsified or the
water content exceeds the standard (oil is turbid), the special vacuum pump oil
needs to be replaced immediately.
Filtration system monitoring:
Observe the pressure gauge reading in real time, and when the pressure exceeds
0.35MPa, the filter assembly needs to be cleaned or replaced. The primary
filter adopts permanent magnet design, which can absorb ferromagnetic
impurities and needs to be disassembled and cleaned every week; The fine filter
adopts DFH double rectangular structure, the dirt holding capacity is 3 times
that of the traditional filter element, and it is recommended to replace it
every 500 hours.
Heating system inspection
Multi-U carbon fiber far-infrared heaters need to keep the surface clean to
avoid oil scale accumulation affecting thermal efficiency. Check the
sensitivity of the temperature controller every day to ensure that the oil
temperature is stable in the range of 60-80°C to prevent oil oxidation caused
by local overheating.
2. Periodic maintenance of Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine: the core link of
preventive maintenance:
1.500 hours of in-depth maintenance
Clean the oil inlet filter and check the cooling water filter
Detect key indicators such as hydraulic oil kinematic viscosity and acid value
Calibration pressure protection device to ensure that the working pressure ≤
0.5MPa
5000 hours of overhaul and maintenance
Replace all filtration components and vacuum pump oil
Check the lubrication status of motor bearings and add grease
Calibration interlock protection device (phase sequence, phase loss, leakage
protection)
3. Response to special working conditions of vacuum Hydraulic Oil Purifier:
ensure the reliability of the extreme environment
Operation in high-altitude areas
In areas above 2000 meters above sea level, the oil temperature needs to be
increased to 70-80°C to enhance the dewatering efficiency.
Maintenance of explosion-proof equipment
The EX explosion-proof Hydraulic oil cleaning unit needs to be checked monthly
for the sealing of the explosion-proof junction box to ensure that the
protection level meets the ExdIICT4 standard.
Long-term downtime protection
When the hydraulic oil filtration machine stops running for more than 1 month, it is necessary to drain the residual oil in the machine, close all valves, and put the equipment in a dry environment.
