The Vacuum Turbine Lube Oil Purifier from ACORE brand is composed of an oil level limiter, oil tank, air dryer, vacuum pump, oil pump, oil filters, a control box, a serpentine oil inlet pipe, a partition plate and a heater. The oil pass through coarse filter to heat exchanger from the bottom into the oil to be treated and then enters the heater, which not only saves heat energy, but also reduces the oil temperature and improves the performance. Since the separator in the oil tank allows the oil to fully contact with the dry air under low vacuum conditions, the desired water removal effect is achieved. The oil level control device is arranged in the lower part of the vacuum tank, and the heater is a plurality of sets of tubular heaters arranged up and down. The oil level signal of the oil level control device is processed by the power distribution cabinet and controls the oil level in the vacuum tank in real time, and the plurality of tubes are tubular. The heater can improve the heating efficiency and improve the oil filtering effect.


When the Turbine Oil Purifier is working, the oil continues to enter the special personalized water separator under the pressure difference, because the water separator adopts the enhanced hydrophilic and hydrophobic technology to pass the inlet and the pressure difference first. Entering the heater for heat exchange heating, the heated oil continues to the primary filter, and the large particle impurities are filtered out, the oil filtered by the primary filter changes the interaction between the oil molecules and the water molecules, so that the oil is in the oil the fine water droplets accelerate the movement and coalesce into large water droplets to separate and precipitate from the oil, and the precipitate is discharged in the water reservoir.


The Vacuum Oil purifier removes a large amount of water through the water separator to remove the oil and then enters the vacuum separator of the extremely low pressure. The principle of molecular separation technology is used to carry out pressure transformation analysis, vacuum retention, and internal three-dimensional evaporation of the oil. Eliminate the binding force between molecules, so that the dissolved water, dissolved gas, free water, free gas, etc. contained in the oil quickly breaks off the oil film and separates from the oil molecules to precipitate; the oil enters the vacuum separator to form a mist, and then forms the film is shaped to expand the contact area in vacuum to hundreds of times. The water contained in the oil is rapidly vaporized under high heat, high vacuum, large surface and high pumping speed and discharged by the vacuum system; the oil after dehydration and degassing is pumped into the secondary filter through the oil discharge pump. The fine particle impurities are filtered out; the oil continues to enter the fine filter under the action of pressure, and the filter material of the composite microporous structure therein can effectively filter out the ultrafine particles in the oil; finally, the oil purified through the outlet port is clean oil, thereby completing the purification process of the entire oil
