DVTP100(100LPM) Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System Sales to United States

March 31,2026.

We manufacture and sales a set of DVTP100 High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System to United States. When transformers become damp, maintenance teams often use the hot oil circulation drying method. The vacuum oil purifier heats the oil to an appropriate temperature (such as 65-75°C) and injects it into the bottom of the transformer. As the oil flows through the high-temperature windings, it absorbs moisture and returns to the transformer oil purification equipment for vacuum dehydration and degassing. Combined with an external vacuum pump set, this vacuum–hot oil circulation process can effectively dry the transformer's internal solid insulation (paperboard), which cannot be achieved by simply replacing the oil.

Labor costs in the U.S. power industry are extremely high, so DVTP transformer oil Filtration System is highly automated.
PLC Fully Automatic Control: Modern vacuum oil purifier are generally equipped with digital PLC controllers and touch screens (HMI), which can automatically adjust oil level, temperature, and pressure for unattended operation.

Online Processing: For certain critical transformers, the Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Equipment is designed to run online at a low flow rate for extended periods, continuously removing micro water from the oil and maintaining the oil in optimal condition.

The application of transformer Vacuum Oil Purifier in the U.S. power industry has gone beyond simple filtration and purification. It is a key part of asset health management. By combining diagnostic methods such as dissolved gas analysis (DGA) and dielectric strength testing, vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System give new life to aging transformers. Whether responding to emergency rentals in extreme weather or serving as a standardized procedure for routine maintenance, this technology supports the U.S. grid's evolution toward greater reliability, efficiency and safety.
