DVTP50(3000L/H) Vacuum Transformer Insulating Oil Purifier Sales to Turkey
December 31,2025.
DVTP Vacuum Transformer Insulating Oil
Purifier is the essential equipment in the power system to ensure the safe
operation of transformers, reactors and other equipment. It is designed for
handling mineral oil or synthetic oil with high insulation requirements,
through vacuum dehydration, degassing and precision filtration to solve the
problems of moisture, gas and particle impurities in the insulating oil, and
maintain its electrical insulation performance and heat dissipation efficiency.
The working principle and technological innovation of DVTP Vacuum Oil Purifier
directly determine the operational reliability of power equipment.
1. Working principle:
The core principle of the vacuum insulating oil purifier is the three-stage
collaborative treatment of "vacuum dehydration, pressure filtration,
adsorption and regeneration". First, the insulating oil to be treated
enters the vacuum separation tank through the oil inlet pump - the vacuum level
of -0.08~-0.095MPa is maintained in the tank (equivalent to a low-pressure
environment above 3000 meters above sea level), and the dissolved moisture
(about 100-300ppm) and dissolved gas (such as oxygen and nitrogen) in the oil
are rapidly vaporized at low pressure to form oil-water-gas mixed steam;
Subsequently, the steam is cooled to 40-60°C through the condenser
(high-efficiency spiral tube or plate heat exchanger), the water condenses into
liquid water and is discharged by the drain valve, and the gas is pumped out of
the system by a vacuum pump to achieve oil degassing and dehydration (final
moisture content ≤5ppm, gas content ≤0.1%). The second stage is pressure
filtration, where the degassed oil enters the multi-stage filter element (such
as 5-3μm polymer fiber filter media or stainless steel metal mesh) to intercept
mechanical impurities (such as metal particles, fibers), colloids and oxidation
products, and improves the cleanliness of the oil to NAS level 4-6 (ISO 4406
standard) to ensure that the insulating oil does not block the oil circuit or
electrode gap. The third stage is adsorption regeneration (optional module),
which deeply adsorbs acidic substances (such as carboxylic acids), trace water
residues and polar impurities in the oil by filling activated alumina, zeolite
or ion exchange resin, and restores the oxidation resistance and dielectric strength
of the oil (≥ 60kV/2.5mm).
2. Core technological innovation:
While traditional Vacuum Oil Purifier rely only on pressure filtration
and are difficult to handle emulsified water and dissolved gases, modern
insulating oil vacuum purifiers achieve a leap in performance through three
major technological innovations:
1. High-efficiency vacuum system: using roots pump + water ring pump series or
dry screw vacuum pump, the vacuum degree is increased by more than 30% compared
with the traditional equipment, the dehydration efficiency is increased by 50%,
and the moisture in the oil can be reduced from 200ppm to less than 10ppm
within 30 minutes;
2. Intelligent control technology: integrated online oil quality sensors (such
as moisture detector, particle counter, dielectric strength tester), real-time
feedback of oil parameters and automatically adjust the vacuum degree, heating
temperature (usually 60-80°C) and filtration flow rate to avoid overheating
oxidation or under temperature dehydration;
3. Material and structure optimization: The filter element adopts a gradient
pore size design (coarse filtration on the outer layer to block large
particles, and fine filtration on the inner layer to remove particles), with
anti-aging sealing ring and high-temperature resistant stainless steel tank
(temperature resistance ≤ 120°C), extending the life of the equipment to more
than 10 years; Some models are also equipped with oil regeneration units to
repair aging insulating oil through chemical adsorption or ionization
technology.
From principle to technology, Transformer vacuum insulating purifier has become the "standard answer" for insulating oil management in the power system through multi-field collaborative purification and intelligent innovation, building a solid technical defense line for the safe and stable operation of power grid equipment.
