To meet the needs of the power maintenance department on-site maintenance of various types of high and low voltage oil immersed electric equipment, ACORE developed DVTP Dielectric Oil Purifier (Oil Filtration Machine) with vacuum dehydration, degassing and filtration system, it can quickly eliminate free water, dissolved water, particles, acetylene, hydrogen and other harmful contaminants from insulating oil effectively to enhance oil's dielectric strength and ensure electrical equipment operating safely and usually. Series DVTP Dielectric Oil Purifier is particularly ideal for treating high-grade insulating oil, super-voltage insulating oil as well as new insulating oil. It may be used for purification of more than 110V substation reside line function onsite. At the same time, DVTP Dielectric Oil Purifier can be used for transformer vacuum drying and oil filling.

Features

1. Vacuum dehydration and degassing, mechanical precision filtering, molecular adsorption, vacuum drying and spiral spray atomization control to remove moisture, impurities, carbon, acid, acetylene and other contaminants.

2. Two stages vacuum separation technology, three-dimensional separation tower system, infrared progressive scan automatic control system and rapid evaporation system.

3. The control interlock protection device, over-voltage alarm shutdown protection and phase sequence protection to ensure a reliable long-term operation of the machine

4. Automatic pressure alarm shutdown system, automatic overload protection system, automatic constant temperature system, automatic foam eliminating system

5. Multi-level precision filter elements can remove all impurities more than 1 micron.

6. Result of purification process:

A. One pass: water content: ≤100ppm, gas content: ≤1%, breakdown voltage: ≥50KV

B. Second pass: water content: ≤10ppm, gas content: ≤0.1% (volume), breakdown voltage: ≥60KV

C. Three pass: ≤3ppm, Residual gas: ≤0.01%, breakdown voltage: ≥75KV

Optional: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, oil regeneration system, weather proof canopy, double axles or single axle trailer, dielectric strength tester, etc.
